One of our reputed clients, a leading software solutions company in Sri Lanka, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Professionals to join their Colombo team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, sales, and building long-term client relationships in the IT industry.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software and IT solutions market.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, IT, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in software or IT solution sales.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, ERP, CRM, or software-related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is an advantage.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
